ANC 4A normally meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month, other than during July and August. Should they choose to, only the panelists, the Commissioners and the Guest Speakers, will have the permissions or ability to been seen. All other attendees will have the permissions or ability to only either listen or listen and view. Community comments are addressed via the "chat" feature. ​
